The fastest way to reach the people who maintain the GTA 6 map is email:
The site is published by Media Digital Business L.L.C.-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We do not take calls or visits; everything goes through the inbox above, which gives both sides a written record.
Reporting a marker problem
Most messages we get are about the interactive map. To help us fix a marker quickly, include:
- The marker name as it appears in the popup, for example "Port Gellhorn".
- What is wrong: the position, the name, the description, or the Confirmed / Rumoured label.
- Your source. For anything you want marked Confirmed, we need something Rockstar published: a trailer timestamp, a Newswire article, the official Grand Theft Auto VI site or official product copy. After 19 November 2026, a screenshot of the in-game map also counts.
Community reconstructions and leaked images are welcome as context, but on their own they keep a marker in the Rumoured category. Our reasoning is explained on the leaked map page.
Corrections to guides and news
If a guide or news entry has a wrong date, name or figure, tell us the page and the correct value with a link. Corrections to dated articles are noted at the bottom of the article, so readers can see what changed.
Other topics
- Privacy and data requests. Access, deletion or objection under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA. See the privacy policy first: most data here never leaves your browser.
- Using our content. You are welcome to link to the map. For anything beyond short quotes, read the terms of use and ask us.
- Advertising. Ads are served only through Google AdSense. We do not sell sponsored posts, paid links or marker placements.
Things we cannot help with
We cannot answer questions about your Rockstar account, orders, refunds, pre-loads or game bugs. Rockstar Support handles those at https://support.rockstargames.com. We also do not accept or publish private leaked material.
When to expect a reply
We read every message. Marker and correction reports usually get a reply within three working days, and accepted fixes go live with the next site update. Data requests are answered within 30 days.
