GTA6map.org is an independent fan resource dedicated to one thing: helping you understand the GTA 6 map without being misled. We track the world of Grand Theft Auto VI, the state of Leonida and its main city, Vice City, and we keep confirmed facts and unverified leaks strictly apart.
What this site is
This is a fan project built by enthusiasts who care about getting the details right. At its centre is an interactive map of the world Rockstar has revealed so far, surrounded by guides that explain what's actually known. We're not a news aggregator chasing every rumour as a headline; our whole value is the opposite, being the place that tells you plainly what's confirmed and what isn't.
How we source information
Our sourcing rule is simple and we apply it everywhere on the site:
- Confirmed means Rockstar has shown or stated it directly, in official Grand Theft Auto VI trailers, announcements or posts. Only these claims get the "Confirmed" badge.
- Leak / rumour covers everything else: datamined details, the 2022 footage leak, fan map reconstructions and community size estimates. We label these clearly as unverified and never present them as fact.
When the two could be confused, we separate them into different sections on the page. We'd rather tell you "this isn't confirmed yet" than guess, saying what isn't known is part of the job, not a gap in it.
Our update policy
The GTA 6 map is a moving target: Rockstar keeps revealing more, and leaks keep circulating. We update the interactive map and our guides as new official material appears, promoting details to "Confirmed" only once Rockstar shows them. If something we previously listed as a rumour gets officially confirmed, or contradicted, we update the relevant page to match.
What we don't do
- We don't host, link to or reproduce leaked footage.
- We don't dress up leaks as facts to chase clicks.
- We don't claim insider knowledge or fabricate sources, team credentials or "exclusives."
We're upfront that we're enthusiasts, not insiders. That honesty is exactly why the confirmed-versus-rumour line stays sharp here.

GTA6map.org is an unofficial, independent fan site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any related company. "Grand Theft Auto," "GTA," "Vice City" and related names are the property of their respective owners. We reference them under fair use to inform fans about the game.
